I purchased a guide but didn't receive it — what should I do?
If you haven't received your book within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, contact our support team atcontact@plumenoires.comwith your order details. We'll resend it to you within 48 hours.
What is your return/refund policy for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact our support team, who will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer printed versions of your books?
We don't currently offer printed copies, but every purchase includes a PDF — a full-color edition ready to read on any device or print at home! You can also take the PDF to a local print shop if you'd like to create a booklet.
How long will I have access to my digital books?
Once purchased, you'll have lifetime access to your digital books. You can re-download them at any time using the link provided in your confirmation email.
What format are the digital books in?
Our digital books are generally provided in PDF format, making them easy to read across a variety of devices, including phones, tablets, and computers.
